All of your characters have such a unique voice/prose style and you write them in such a way that you really delve into the canon, despite the crazy situations they're placed in! I am soooo pleased that you got to witness my live reaction to GO S2E06 and that we are back to chatting basically every day, as is tradition!

I love your ability to plan really intricate stuff -- I'm always blown away by the level of your plotting and keeping things going behind the scenes and the way you carefully lay groundwork.

I also (I feel like I'll end up saying this a lot but whatever lol) find all three of your character voices so distinct and carefully chosen. With everyone on DF I sometimes forget who is playing who because the characters are so individual that there's not really any kind of tell or typist pattern bleeding through to the character. Crowley is such a goofy little dork compared to Nina's cheer over great sadness and Aornis' creepy machinations.

You are a layout wizard and a questions/lore fiend!! You write SecUnit in an absolutely fascinating way and even without reading the source material, I can tell the dedication to keeping them IC, even if it makes your life more difficult. <3

I love how true you are to your characters even when it causes friction with their relationships (lol janet, everyone hating azirphale sob): they're all so specifically flawed in the way they should be. I hope this doesn't sound backhanded, I really mean it in the best way!!! Like you are so all in on their voices and there's such clarity of character. Also, I like listening to you talk about mdzs.

Ohhh I remember when you first submitted your application I was like "yes he is the absolute worst boy" and he is. But I love how you've slowly given him more and more nuance and depth all while staying true to the canon. Also, very pleased that we've stayed in touch all these years because you are a joy! <3

So I've only seen the TV show and read the crows duology and I am loving getting to learn more about Aleks and his whole backstory through your writing. He's such a compelling character and the nuance you bring to him makes him so appealing -- I totally grasp his motivations and understand why he made the choices he did, which I think is so much more interesting for an antagonist! Also, he needs a hug. As do you -- i really hope we get to hang out in person some day!!

PENNY. You and S are two of the absolutely most funny people in the universe -- I am always cackling at work about your comedic genius and hoping nobody overhears. You and Laney have me so incredibly invested in Bingqiu and praying that they just fucking learn to communicate!!!!! I would read a whole-ass fanfic in this I-don't-even-go-here fandom because I care about these guys so much. And, yeah, as I've said above, I love how distinct Shen Yuan and Gideon are as characters; there's no typist bleed at all. During sadmas I had to keep checking whether you, Laney, or S were playing specific characters too because they were also all so distinct and I could not keep a cheat sheet in my head. You're seriously just brilliant.

So I was originally (briefly) thinking of picking up Gideon as a character but now realize that it would not even hold a candle to your characterization of her, which is fantastic. You are so skilled at keeping internal narratives consistent and interesting - even when they are flat-out wrong! - and also your sense of comedy is A++!

Blah blah blah SUCH DISTINCT VOICES but seriously it does blow my mind. Your writing is so much fun to interact with, and I often feel like you yes-and me as much as Grantaire does to Sagramore. I love our cold war of emotions with our two tragicomic idiot boys and Tress being forced to become a horse girl. Just. Fun. It's so much fun getting to hang out and write with you and it's something that makes me so happy.
