Honestly I feel like I always have the most cognitive dissonance with Magnus and Susan (specifically) where I'm like "they're the same typist???" at least once a week and that's down to how consistently you write them and how in character they are. I love how much excitement you have and how you're basically up for whatever plot/thread/etc other people have in mind!!

One of the things I love about df is that there are so many characters from sources that I personally haven't read and yet I care so much about them from the way people play them and I'm so invested in the stories within the comm, and that's super how I feel about Mothwing and Tally. It took like nooo time for me to become so into them and so interested in the way they fit into the community and the relationships they've formed and wanting to know what will happen to them. You just sucked me in so quickly! I love that and I love that you made me care about them!

Relatedly, sagramore needs to hang out with Tally and increase his Worry Quotient.

Every single one of your characters is compelling and beautifully drawn, and I especially love how different it feels to interact with each of them even when there's a voice to your prose that's distinctly Yours. You have the patience and commitment to play long games with characterization and relationship development, and I deeply admire that. It's so good to see you getting the praise that you so rightly deserve for your characterization! All of your characters operate with different internal logics, in different emotional registers, and yet there's one core commonality: they all feel so internally consistent and of a piece with the worlds that created them. They have sorrows and joys that they carry with them, and it's so good to watch them learning how to hold onto their pasts as they forge new paths for themselves.

I'd also be remiss if I didn't say: you are so so kind. You're always there with an encouraging word, praising people's characterization or writing, and it really sets the tone for the rest of us.
